Policies at Verde Valley Nursery

Everything You Need to Know

• NO FLOWER RETURNS

• Shrubs and Trees can be returned if unplanted within 3 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as purchased at the Nursery. Must have original receipt.

​

• Hard Goods can be returned within 5 days of purchase, unopened and must have the original receipt.

​

• Pottery can be returned within 5 days of purchase, undamaged or broken and have the original receipt.

​

• All items purchased and then placed on hold then cancelled will be subject to a restocking charge of $25.00.

​

• All exchanges or returns must have original receipt. Any items without the original receipt will only qualify for the exchange of the merchandise.

​

• Shrubs purchased and planted by the customer have no guarantees. Shrubs planted by Verde Valley Nursery/Landscaping have a 6 month guarantee from time of planting ** Exlusions apply. See sales rep for more info **
